We are looking for an experienced application support engineer to monitor and maintain the effectiveness of our software applications.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent experience in C++, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, and other advanced front-end and back-end programming languages
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with a Tableau dashboard, as well as maintenance and administration experience
• Require experience with supporting & administering SAP Business Objects Web reports.
• Proficient with Databases and writing SQL; Teradata is preferred.
• Expertise in migration from SAP-BO to Tableau
• Strong hand experience and knowledge of Hadoop, Power BI, Unix/Scripting, and cloud computing.
• Ability to oversee performance monitoring, document configuration changes, and manage code migration.
• Excellent front-end support skills for internal departments and clients with websites.
• Advanced competence in identifying and fixing application error sources.
• Strong Understanding of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES).
• Scheduling application updates and documenting configuration changes.
• Monitoring the progress of application performance data and process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
