Looking for a proficient System Engineer who will be responsible for architecture, implementation, and management of the IT systems.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or systems engineers
• Experience working with various operating systems, cloud computing, and orchestration software (Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in writing queries and log aggregation software (SQL, Splunk, ELK)
• Proven experience setting up software for automation and creating scripts (for example, in Perl, Ruby, or Python).
• Proficient with TCP/IP and the OSI network layers.
• Having strong communication skills and the ability to empathize, and handle irate customers.
• Technical expertise in resolving problems with the core operating system and a desire to learn new technologies
• Windows, Outlook, Teams, troubleshooting VPN, Security App, etc. over Remote Support
• Experience with Atlassian suite, JIRA, Confluence
• Flexibility and adaptability to business requirements and priority changes
• Strong technical analytic, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on coordination between Business, Operational, and technical departments
